My name is Gabby. I'm a licensed mental health counselor with over eight years of experience helping individuals alchemize self-limiting narratives and behaviors. I support people navigating overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, grief, work or school stress, life transitions, mind-body disconnection, or just feeling stuck and needing a safe space to land and begin to process what's going on.
